  • Nutritious meals, snacks, and drinks will be provided throughout the camp.


    Please note: Participants are required to bring their own lunch on the first day (arrival day). The first camp-provided meal will be dinner on 7 July.

  • Chabad Youth NSW – Camp Payment & Cancellation Policy

    1. Payment Terms
      All camp fees must be paid in full by 05/07/2026. If only a deposit has been paid, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to your nominated card.
    2. Subsidy Applications
      To apply for financial assistance through the Gan Yisroel Subsidy Fund, please click HERE. (Subsidies Strictly close 9am on 22 June 2026) 
    3. Full Payment Requirement
      Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of camp. 
    4. General Refund Policy
      There are no refunds for cancellations or absences.
    5. Medical Cancellations
      Cancellations due to medical reasons must be supported by a valid doctor’s certificate. In such cases, 50% of the camp fee will be charged.
      Please note: NSW Active and Creative Kids Vouchers are non-refundable.
    6. During Camp
      No refunds will be provided once a camper has arrived at camp. If a camper leaves early for any reason, camp fees will not be refunded or discounted. 
    7. Emergency Evacuation
      In the event of a campsite evacuation due to circumstances such as a natural disaster (e.g. bushfire), no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the camp.
    8. Camp Cancellation by Chabad Youth NSW
      If Chabad Youth NSW is unable to run the camp, no fees will be charged to parents.
    9. Early Departures
      Any early departures must be arranged in writing with the Chabad Youth NSW office or Camp Director prior to the commencement of camp.
  • Chabad Youth NSW – Payment Options

    • Early Bird Rate: $750 per child (for registrations completed and paid before 22 June 2026)
    • Full Rate: $850 per child (for registrations made from 23 June 2026 onwards)

    A minimum deposit of $150 is required at the time of registration to secure your child’s place.

    All of the above rates are significantly subsidised by Chabad Youth NSW, with the true cost of camp exceeding $1,250 per camper.

    I hereby accept that Sydney Talmudical College Association, Lubavitch Jewish Centre, Chabad Youth NSW, Chabad North Shore or their employees and agents, bear no responsibility for any harm or injury that might befall my child. In the event of my child becoming ill or injured during the course of camp, I authorise the above mentioned entities to take the necessary steps to ensure that my child receives appropriate medical attention, for which I will accept full payment for any costs incurred.

    I acknowledge that my child will be participating in camp activities both within and outside the camp venue grounds. I authorise my child to participate in these activities.

    I hereby indemnify Sydney Talmudical College Association, Lubavitch Jewish Centre, Chabad Youth NSW, Chabad North Shore, their employees and agents, for any demands, claims, actions or suits made against any of them, by any person, arising from or in relation to any act or omission by my child.
